Rafinha Criticises to Thebes: "Neymar is victim of a campaign"

In an extensive interview conceded to "MD", Rafinha Alcántara has spoken of his personal situation in the FC Barcelona, that has improved to individual level this season 2016-17, and also of all the controversy arisen of the "botellazo" to Neymar Jr during the party against Valencia, after which has put to his compatriot like the bad of the film when in reality it is being victim of a persecution mediática.

"They have distorted the history, a botellazo hits in Neymar and have changed the history that is, that is an episode of violence of a person inside Mestalla and now blame to Neymar, for me is a surprise", relates Rafinha, that sees well that the Barça have answered to Javier Thebes and to the Committee of Competition. The players have commented the controversy in the changing room. But it is football, Neymar has a quality out of the common and when it shows it in the field, for me is not a provocation, is art. It believes also that the words of Javier Thebes accusing to Neymar instead of defending him can have created a dangerous precedent. "When it does not protect to the player of violent acts run the risk that it go back to repeat". Regarding his personal situation, Rafinha stands out the confidence that has deposited Luis Enrique in him. "It is important that the trainer explain with you, but also work and show that you can be here".
